By submitting an enquiry through our website, forms, or advertisements, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Enquiries & Quotations

All enquiries are reviewed prior to acceptance.

Any pricing, estimates, or guidance provided before a site visit or formal agreement are indicative only and subject to change following full assessment.

No quotation or estimate constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Site Visits & Assessments

Site visits are arranged at our discretion and subject to project suitability.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw from projects that fall outside our scope, capacity, or expertise.

Services

All works are undertaken subject to a separate written agreement outlining scope, timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities.

No work will commence until such agreement is in place.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information relating to the property and scope of works

Ensuring access is available for agreed site visits and works

Obtaining any required permissions, consents, or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by third parties, material supply issues, or circumstances outside our control

Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

Consequential or indirect losses

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under law.

Cancellations

Site visits or consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice.

Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in withdrawal of service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
