Your project manager owns delivery end to end.

Trades booked, materials ordered, site access organised, programme tracked. You get structured weekly updates, progress photos and decision requests pushed straight to you. Payments are released only as each milestone completes, so you only ever pay for work that is already done.

Finished means finished. Properly walked and signed off.

We snag the job ourselves before you ever see it. Then a walkthrough with you, sign-off, and the property handed back clean, complete and ready for use, rent, sale or refinance.

Final payment on sign-off. Defects-liability period covers anything that surfaces in normal use.
